Project Management & Supervision

We manage projects from concept through to handover, covering civil and structural developments, power and renewables infrastructure, and government and institutional works. Our role typically spans feasibility and concept design, detailed engineering, stakeholder and regulatory approvals, through to construction supervision, quality assurance, and as-built documentation.

Project and Construction Management

• End-to-end project management for civil, structural and power infrastructure developments

• Construction supervision and quality assurance (QA/QC)

• Coordination of development applications and compliance with local government requirements

• Cost value engineering, delivered under Local Buy arrangements for Townsville City Council and Whitsunday Regional Council

Compliance and Reporting

• Progress claim reporting and financial oversight

• As-built documentation and project handover

• Design and construction compliance with relevant Australian Standards, including AS 2067 (Substations), AS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and AS 7000 (Overhead Line Design)

Inspections

• Structural and civil site inspections, including on behalf of other engineering consultants and government departments

• Construction inspection services delivered for Queensland Health and the Department of Housing and Public Works, including capital works at the North Queensland Stadium
